Our mission is to improve the academic performance of its students and at the same time increase the students'  retention, transfer and graduation rates.

ACE is a federally-funded TRIO grant program sponsored by the Student Support Services division of the U.S. Department of Education. The center provides academic and non-academic services to students who meet federal eligibility requirements and agree to participate in the program.  The ACE office is located the Frable Building, room 301. Eligibility Requirements

Penn State Greater Allegheny students are eligible for the ACE program if they meet at least one of the following criteria:
· family income within federal guidelines
· “first-generation” college student (neither parent has a bachelor’s degree)
· documented learning or physical disability
