Are you interested in living off-campus while attending Penn State Greater Allegheny?  The Office of Student Affairs has prepared the the Off-Campus Housing Manual (PDF Format) to provide students with information about off-campus opportunities in the surrounding area.  It is our hope that this material will assist you in finding and enjoying off-campus housing.  

You will find helpful information regarding the choice of a dwelling, the signing of a lease, your rights and responsibilities as a tenant, and other items we believe you will need to make an informed decision.  

Off-campus students are an integral part of the Penn State Greater Allegheny community and this information is intended to serve as a resource.  The legal information contained here is offered in summary form and is intended to serve as a general guide to students renting in Pennsylvania.
