Information on Commuting by Car or Bus
Many Penn State Greater Allegheny students commute to campus. If commuting by car, there are several student parking areas, free with a Penn State parking tag. Contact University Police for more information about student parking
If commuting by bus, local service near campus is provided by the Port Authority of Allegheny County (PAT), http://www.portauthority.org/, 412-442-2000. The campus has a weekday evening shuttle service to the McKeesport transportation center.
To plan your trip to and from campus by bus, use either the trip planner available on the PAT website, or the Google Transit service.
Commuters should take advantage of all the services, privileges, facilities, and events to which they and all Penn State students are entitled. These include, but are not limited to,
